Viswanath and Sons has emerged as a super hit at the box office. The film has grossed ₹260 crore worldwide in 25 days. Directed by Venky Atluri and starring Tamil hero Suriya, the movie generated high expectations right from the beginning. As previously reported, popular OTT platform Netflix has acquired the digital streaming rights to the movie. The much-awaited film is all set to start streaming on Netflix from September 11. In addition to the original Tamil version, the film will also be available in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The movie is expected to set new records on OTT as well. Since it has connected strongly with family audiences, those who missed watching it in theatres are likely to catch it on the streaming platform. The film has been produced by Sithara Entertainments, with G. V. Prakash Kumar composing the music.
