The movie OG, directed by Sujeeth, has already reached a high level of hype. Not only Pawan Kalyan fans but also cinema lovers are eagerly waiting for this film. However, the confusion surrounding this movie is causing anger among Pawan Kalyan fans. In fact, the trailer was supposed to be released on Sunday morning. But that did not happen. Everyone thought it would be released at the pre-release event, but even there it wasn’t. Even Pawan Kalyan himself mentioned about the trailer. Yet, officially, the trailer was not released until 1:30 PM on Monday afternoon. Because of this, Pawan Kalyan’s fans have been expressing strong anger towards the production company, DVV Entertainments, and posting on social media. Another key point here is that there has not been any official announcement so far about the OG movie being censored. But already, ticket sales have started in both states. Even though censor scrutiny took place, with the members suggesting many cuts as well as discussing what certificate to give, the film has remained pending.
Reports suggest that because of this, Pawan Kalyan himself had to step in and directly intervene in the matter. Though there may not be major hurdles in terms of censorship, what certificate this movie will receive has now become the crucial question. Since producer Danayya expressed concern about the certificate, this has now turned into an interesting issue in Tollywood circles. For the first day in Hyderabad, tickets on BookMyShow have already been completely sold out. On this platform too, nowhere was the matter of the censor certificate mentioned. It is well-known that once censorship is complete, the certificate type is mentioned right next to the movie genre. Recently, there were several confusions with Hari Hara Veera Mallu. That movie crashed badly at the box office. Now, with such huge hype around OG, these developments are something Pawan Kalyan fans are finding hard to digest.
