Balakrishna Completes Dubbing for Akhanda 2; September 25 Release Confirmed

The Akhanda 2 movie team gave a big update on Friday. They officially announced that hero Nandamuri Balakrishna has completed the dubbing work for this film. They stated that the post-production work is going on in full swing and that arrangements are being made to release the film grandly on September 25. With this, it has become clear that, contrary to the rumours circulating over the past few days, there is no possibility of the Akhanda 2 release being postponed. Targeting the Dussehra holidays, along with Akhanda 2, Pawan Kalyan’s film OG has also locked the same date for release. However, for the past few days, there have been reports that one of the two films might change its release date to avoid a big box-office clash.

                                         But, regardless of the updates from both teams, there is no change in the release date. This has set the stage for an inevitable box-office clash between Balakrishna and Pawan Kalyan during Dussehra. Since Akhanda, in the Balakrishna–Boyapati Srinu combination, became a super-duper hit at the box office, there are now huge expectations for Akhanda 2’s rampage as well. On the other hand, the recently released teaser of this film has further raised the expectations. Similarly, Pawan Kalyan’s OG, directed by Sujeeth, also has massive expectations among the audience. If these two films compete at the box office, it will now be crucial to see which one emerges a hit.
