Trump Govt Signals Military Option Over Greenland!

Is there no one to put a check on the aggression of U.S. President Donald Trump? After already attacking Venezuela and taking that country’s President Nicolás Maduro and his wife into custody, the United States is now turning its attention to successive next targets. Looking at Donald Trump’s aggressive stance, there appears to be no environment of backing down even slightly on this issue. However, concerns are being expressed that Trump’s aggression could once again lead to severe global uncertainty. After completing the target in Venezuela, Trump now appears to have focused his attention on Greenland. Since assuming office for the second time as President of the United States, he has repeatedly mentioned Greenland. Now, he has increased the speed on this issue even further. The Donald Trump administration has clearly declared that Greenland must become a part of the United States, stating that it is extremely important for their national security. Although it is being described in the name of national security, experts believe that America’s real objective lies mainly in the rare minerals available there along with other factors.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated that the U.S. has many ways to gain control over Greenland and that using the military is also one of the options if necessary. Recently, Donald Trump commented that they would talk about Greenland in another twenty days, leading to discussions that this is his next target. Meanwhile, it is being said that if Donald Trump resorts to forced measures regarding Greenland, the situation could escalate seriously. There are many reasons for this. Denmark’s Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen recently made it clear that if the United States attempts to forcibly take over Greenland, it would lead to the end of the NATO alliance. She warned that if one member country attacks another member country, the entire global security system would collapse. “If the United States were to carry out a military attack on a fellow NATO country, that would be the end of everything. The NATO alliance, which has protected us since the end of the Second World War, would disappear at that very moment,” she stated.
She expressed concern that Trump’s comments on Greenland are not just about one region, but are also calling international peace agreements into question. France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, and Britain have expressed full support for Denmark’s stance. French President Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and several other European leaders released a joint statement on Tuesday, clearly stating that Greenland does not belong to anyone and that its mineral wealth belongs to the people of that land. Along with Greenland, Donald Trump is also making global efforts to bring Cuba, Mexico, and Colombia into line with his agenda.
