Domestic companies are set to raise over ₹1 lakh crore from the primary market in just one year. Already, through 56 IPOs, companies have raised ₹75,384 crore. This includes public issues like HDB Financial Services, Hexaware Technologies, and NSDL, with these three companies alone raising over ₹25,000 crore. This week, two major IPOs are coming to the market. One is Tata Group's company, Tata Capital Limited, and the other is LG Electronics India Limited from South Korea. Tata Capital's IPO will start on October 6 and close on October 8, with the company targeting to raise ₹15,512 crore from the market. The price band for Tata Capital's IPO has been set between ₹310 and ₹326. The company plans to issue a total of 21 million shares, including some offer-for-sale shares and newly issued shares. The lot size for this IPO has been set at 46. After the issue closes, Tata Capital's shares will be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 13. With just a one-day gap, LG Electronics' IPO will open on October 7. This will be available from October 7 to 9. LG Electronics aims to raise ₹11,607 crore from the market.

The price band for LG Electronics' IPO has been set between ₹1,080 and ₹1,140. Investors will need to apply for 13 shares per lot under this IPO. LG shares are expected to be listed on the stock market on October 14. Apart from these two big IPOs, several other companies are also set to raise funds from the market through IPOs. Compared to LG Electronics, Tata Capital's price band is more accessible to small investors. Despite the higher price, LG Electronics is also considered a good opportunity for investors, according to market experts. Experts believe that both companies will offer good returns to investors, including listing gains, and long-term holdings will provide significant returns. With these two companies, the total amount raised through IPOs in 2025 is expected to exceed ₹1 lakh crore.
