Trump Towers Coming to Hyderabad

Trump Towers, a symbol of luxury, are now set to come to Hyderabad as well. While Trump Towers are already present in several key cities across the country, Hyderabad is now set to become the venue for a real estate venture associated with the Trump family. The project will come up in Kokapet, which is currently witnessing several luxury real estate projects in the city. The proposed Trump Tower project has already received RERA approvals. The two towers will be constructed in Kokapet, with each tower having 65 floors. Standing at a height of 240 metres, they will be the tallest towers in South India. Members of Donald Trump’s family are also expected to attend the upcoming groundbreaking ceremony for the project. The Trump Towers project in Hyderabad will be jointly developed by The Trump Organization, Tribeca Developers, and Ira Realty. As part of the project, a total of 450 premium apartments will be developed.
The project is expected to be completed within three years. Mumbai-based Tribeca Developers is the representative of the Trump Towers brand in India. The developers have revealed that, excluding the cost of the land, the maximum cost of completing the project will be up to Rs. 1,800 crore. Interestingly, eight of the total 16 penthouses in Trump Towers have already been sold. Tribeca Developers founder Kalpesh Mehta revealed that one penthouse was sold for as much as Rs. 62 crore. Company representatives held a media conference in Hyderabad on Tuesday and revealed details of the project.
