Alliance Govt Accused of Following YSRCP Model!

No one will support the comments made by former YSRCP ministers Ambati Rambabu and Jogi Ramesh against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and minister Nara Lokesh. Anyone who speaks irresponsibly should be answered only through the law. However, the developments that have been taking place in Andhra Pradesh over the past few days are creating a feeling among many people that the ruling TDP too is becoming like the YSRCP. Compared to YSRCP, people generally believe that the Telugu Desam Party is better in many respects. Now, there is a discussion even among some party leaders that the TDP leadership itself is creating an atmosphere that is changing this perception. In the recent elections, people voted for the TDP-led alliance not because they believed Chandrababu Naidu would deliver some miraculous governance, but because they felt it would put a check on the several excesses that occurred during the previous government.
Despite distributing lakhs of crores of rupees to the public through various button-press schemes during his five-year rule, the fact that Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy was confined to just eleven seats shows the extent of public opposition to YSRCP governance. When in opposition, YSRCP used to label certain officers as “YSRCP IAS officers” and “YSRCP officials,” but now the TDP is working together with the same people, leading to severe dissatisfaction not just among the cadre but also among some TDP leaders. Allegations are being made by leaders within the party itself that Chandrababu Naidu is not only giving importance to industrialists branded as YSRCP sympathizers, but is also blatantly extending favors to them.
Especially when compared to the Jagan regime, criticism is being voiced from within the party that corruption in the current alliance government has not reduced at all, but has instead become even worse. There is also talk that some MLAs are strictly following the YSRCP model. Several media reports have appeared on this issue. In the last elections, the people gave the alliance an unimaginable majority. But there is also an opinion among many that within just one and a half years, the graph of the alliance government has fallen drastically.
On one hand, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu says that for investments to come into the state, law and order must be strong. But now, regardless of the reasons, TDP cadre themselves have gone to the extent of throwing petrol-filled bottles at the houses of opposition leaders. There is also a discussion that this trend has newly begun in Krishna district. Will Chandrababu Naidu, who repeatedly speaks about branding, claim that his brand has grown stronger through such actions? No one is asking for those who commit mistakes to be let off. But there is a method for everything. Those observing the latest TDP model are commenting that in many aspects, the TDP too is following the YSRCP.
