Ustaad Bhagat Singh OTT Release Date Locked on Netflix

After the blockbuster success of OG at the box office, Pawan Kalyan’s next release was Ustaad Bhagat Singh. Since this was also the last pending film of Pawan Kalyan, his fans had huge expectations from it. Adding to the hype, the film was directed by Harish Shankar, who earlier delivered a massive hit like Gabbar Singh, pushing expectations to another level. However, the film, which released worldwide on March 19, failed to meet audience expectations and turned out to be a major disappointment. It couldn’t even cross the ₹100 crore gross mark at the box office. Now, the movie is set for its OTT release on Netflix.

The platform has officially announced that Ustaad Bhagat Singh will start streaming from April 16 in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film features Sreeleela and Raashii Khanna in key roles, while Parthiban played the antagonist. Despite underperforming in theatres, it remains to be seen how the film will fare on OTT. Meanwhile, director Harish Shankar recently admitted at a film event that Ustaad Bhagat Singh did not perform as expected, and his comments have now become a hot topic.
