The Mummy Star Arnold Vosloo Makes Indian Cinema Debut with Ranabaali

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are starring together in the upcoming film Ranabaali. Since this is the first movie featuring the duo after their marriage, expectations among audiences are quite high. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, this action period drama is set to hit screens worldwide on September 11 this year. The film is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers as a pan-India project. On Wednesday, the makers shared an update regarding the film. Hollywood actor Arnold Vosloo, who won global acclaim for his portrayal of Imhotep in The Mummy, is now joining Ranabaali in the role of Sir Theodore Hector.
The film’s team unveiled his new look and stated that he is embarking on a new journey with the ruthless character of Sir Theodore Hector in Ranabaali. They also extended birthday wishes to the actor and welcomed him to Indian cinema. The movie will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. Apart from Ranabaali, Vijay Deverakonda is also working on Rowdy Janardhan, directed by Ravikiran Kola. In addition, a few more of his projects are currently in the pipeline.
