Prabhas Magic Works at Box Office Despite Reviews

Raja Saab, starring Prabhas, created a sensation at the box office on its first day. The film unit officially announced that the movie collected a massive ₹112 crore gross worldwide on its opening day. They stated that this was the first time a horror fantasy film had achieved such huge collections. Prabhas’s new look was released, hailing it as a king-size blockbuster. However, many viewers expressed disappointment with the film directed by Maruthi. It must be said that even Prabhas fans did not like the movie very much. Despite receiving mixed responses, it is being said that the film managed to achieve such massive collections purely based on Prabhas’s image.

It is well known that producer Vishwaprasad had announced even before the release that Raja Saab’s first-day collections would cross ₹100 crore. In line with that, the collections were recorded at ₹112 crore. This figure includes the premieres screened on the first day. In Raja Saab, Prabhas impressed everyone with his vintage look, but the film failed to meet expectations. Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Riddy Kumar acted opposite Prabhas in this movie.
