Akhil Akkineni’s Lenin Postponed Again, New Release Date Announced

The release of Lenin has been postponed once again. Initially, the film was scheduled to hit theaters on May 1. Later, the release date was pushed to June 26. Now, the makers have officially announced another delay and revealed a new release date. Starring Akhil Akkineni and Bhagyashri Borse in the lead roles, Lenin is now set to release in theaters on July 10. The film is being jointly produced by Akkineni Nagarjuna and Sithara Entertainments. Nagarjuna shared the update on social media, explaining that the film’s team requested additional time to ensure that Lenin reaches audiences in the best possible form.

He said he approved the request after witnessing the team’s passion, commitment, and determination to deliver a film that is “100 percent perfect.” Along with the announcement, Nagarjuna confirmed that the movie will no longer release on June 26 and will instead arrive in theaters on July 10. He also stated that audiences will get to see a completely new side of Akhil in the film. Lenin is directed by Murali Kishor Abburu, while music is composed by Thaman.
