Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu Dominates Sankranti Box Office

The buzz around Chiranjeevi’s film Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu continues strongly at the box office. It is well known that in terms of collections, this film is far ahead of the others. More than the story, the strong entertainment factor in the film has made it the biggest winner of this Sankranti season, without any doubt. On the other hand, last year during Sankranti, director Anil Ravipudi delivered the highest-grossing film of his career with Sankranthiki Vasthunnam. That film is known to have crossed a worldwide gross collection of ₹300 crore. Now, it appears that once again this Sankranti, his own record is set to be broken.
Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu is also showing signs of crossing close to the ₹350 crore mark by the time it completes its theatrical run. This is because by January 17, that is up to Saturday, the film had achieved a gross collection of ₹261 crore. The film unit officially revealed this information by releasing a poster. Even this Sunday, bookings for Chiranjeevi’s film are quite encouraging. As a result, the total is sure to increase further. From Monday onwards, collections may see a drop. Even so, by the time the theatrical run is completed, it clearly appears that the film will definitely register strong numbers. It is known that the film was released worldwide on January 12.
