Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film Khaidi No.150 that is gearing up for release on January 11th for Sankratri did a whopping pre-release business of Rs 103.5 crores worldwide, crossing Rs 100 crore mark.
The film is targeted to cover Rs 89 crore from its theatrical collections to reach its break-even. The movie was sold for Rs 66.6 crores in Ap/Tg, Karnataka – 8.4 crores, Overseas – 12 crores and rest of the India – 2 crores. Thus the film did a whopping pre-release business of Rs 89 crores from its Theatrical rights. It fetched Rs 13 crores from satellite rights and Rs 1.5 crores from the audio rights. If it succeeds in touching the break-even then it will remain as Non-Baahubali Industry hit.
Meanwhile, the film’s pre-release function postponed from January 4, is now scheduled to be held in Guntur on January 7. Dasari Narayana Rao and Raghavendra Rao are coming as chief guest for the event. However, Power star Pawan Kalyan presence is doubtful for this event.
